What to include in the Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Maison De Misú! We take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality tiramisu. Because our products are perishable and made to order, our refund policy is designed to be fair while maintaining food safety standards.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, as preparation will have already begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

We will gladly offer a refund or replace if:

  • Your order arrives incorrect

  • There is a quality issue (e.g., Not fresh upon arrival)

  • You did not receive your order

 

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide photo evidence of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery or collection

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or delivery time)

  • Failure to store the product properly after receipt

  • Minor variations in appearance (as all tiramisu are handmade)

4. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays), we will assess each case individually.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided, a refund will not be issued.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Alternatively, we may offer a replacement depending on your preference
